        Established in 2003, the company is jointly owned by Dong Shin, a major company established since 1978 specializing in various construction paneling system, and DN Steel, a major manufacturing and marketing outfit of various roofing products since 1982; each having 30% share of equity. Yong Sung Industrial, an expert and leading company in Korea specializing in various cold storage and cooling/freezing equipment, owns the remaining share of equity.

       DYD is also a proud distributor of world-class IQF freezing system, food processing equipment and slaughtering lines for the country’s needs.
