DYD walk-in series are composed of specially fabricated collection of sandwich panel designed for quick assembly. Each individual panel is designed and shaped according to its location on the walk-in system, minimizing the number of panels needed at site. Combination of standard and corner panel integrated with foamed-in place fasteners enable such features.

        DYD panel include two steel skin injected with polyurethane foam at a very high pressure molded with tongue and groove jointing method on surround. Camlock fasteners are distanced every 1500-mm in order to pull subsequent panels of the system for a secure airtight and rigid construction.

        DYD Swing door is recommended for small walk-in storage. Sliding door is also applicable unless there is no restriction on the opening.

        Standard panels features rigidity, lightweight, good insulation, soundproofing, and simple installation. Yet, polyurethane panels are proven to be the most ideal construction material for cold storage room, providing energy saving through building insulation and contributing significantly to the preservation of food supplies. The use of high-density foam, 40 kg/cu.m, ensures the excellent structural characteristics of the panel.
